Cards ship sleeved and top loaded. Any cards still in your vault after one year are shipped to you automatically for free.

Where do I open my packs?
Tap Open It Now on your order confirmation page, use the button in your order email, or go to My Packs while signed in with the email you checked out with.
What if I don't open my pack?
Unopened packs open automatically 1 day after purchase, and the card goes straight to your vault.
Can I ship just some of my cards?
Ship My Cards sends your whole vault in one shipment. Tip: ship 25 or more cards at once and shipping is free.
How long can cards stay in my vault?
Up to one year. After that, any cards still in your vault are shipped to you automatically for free.
I bought a pack while logged out. Where is my card?
Sign in with the email you used at checkout and open the link in your order email to save the pack to your vault. If it still doesn't show, email support@poke-collect.com and we'll move it for you.
Are the odds fair?
Each card is drawn from a fixed pool when you pay. The pool page shows every card left and each tier's chance per pack, and our Provably Fair page lets you verify the draws.
What is a demo pack?
Try A Demo Pack lets you see how opening works using the live odds. Demo cards are not real pulls and nothing is bought or reserved.
Can I cancel or return a pack?
Your card is drawn the moment you pay, so Digital Mystery Packs are final sale and can't be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Do I earn Collector Coins?
Yes. Every Digital Mystery Pack earns Collector Coins just like any other order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Ship My Cards is available for US addresses only. If you're outside the US, email support@poke-collect.com and we'll help with your shipment.
