HOW IT WORKS

1 - Submit Your Buylist

Search for your cards and submit your buylist online, you can find it on the Sell Cards tab or click Get Started below.

During submission, please select your preferred payout method: PayPal or Store Credit. If you choose PayPal be sure to provide the correct PayPal email address to ensure your payment is sent promptly.

2 - Wait for Approval

Our team will review your submission and send you a Buylist Approval Email with your buylist ID number and shipping instructions. Please wait for the email before mailing or dropping off your cards.

3 - Ship your cards

Package your cards according to our Buylist Guide below and include your approval email in the shipment. This is to be a printed copy of the email.

4 - Condition Verification

Once your cards arrive, our buylist team will carefully inspect each card to verify its condition. If any cards do not meet our Near Mint standards but are still eligible for purchase, we will contact you with any condition adjustments before your buylist is finalized. 

5 - Get Paid

Once your cards have been received and verified we will pay you out via your preferred method:

  • Store Credit
  • PayPal (3-5% processing fees apply and will be deducted from your payout as  payments are processed through PayPal Goods and Services.

BUYLIST GUIDE

CARD PREPARATION

  • Sleeve Cards Individually:

    For all of the cards submitted in your buylist, please place each card in a penny sleeve or a similar protective sleeve.

  • Don't Use:

    Please avoid using perfect fit sleeves due to their snug fit, which can damage cards upon removal. Similarly, refrain from using Elite Trainer Box or Deck sleeves, as they also pose a risk of damaging cards during the buylist process.

PACKAGING MATERIALS

  • 1/5: Team Bags/Plastic Bags

    Group sleeved cards together in team bags or small plastic bags to keep them organized and prevent shifting during transit.

  • 2/5: Bubble Mailer or Small Box

    For smaller submissions (under 50 cards), a padded bubble mailer is acceptable. For larger submissions, use a sturdy cardboard box.

  • 3/5: Packing Material

    Use bubble wrap, packing peanuts, crumpled newspaper, or other cushioning materials to fill any empty space in the package and prevent cards from moving around.

  • 4/5: Utilize Cardboard and Toploaders

    Although cards valued less than $30 should not be submitted in toploaders, we understand their value. When you're shipping, we still suggest using toploaders or cardboard! The best tip from us is to sandwich your cards between two pieces of cardboard or toploaders inside a team bag for extra safety.

  • 5/5: Cards over $30 Value

    For individual cards OVER $30 in value, you may place them in a top loader for extra protection. That does not mean ALL the cards in the buylist, only those individual cards that are worth $30 and above.

FAQ

Can you refuse my buylist?

Yes we have the right to refuse your buylist for but not limited to the following

  • The cards are severely damaged
  • If they smell like cigarettes, or other harsh odors 
  • If they are dirty or have any sticky residue on them
  • You sent us fake cards (you will not receive those back and we will communicate with you with photos)

How long do I have to get my submission to you?

We prefer within 14 days. As the market is ever changing and we may not guarantee the same pay out!

Who is responsible for shipping costs?

You as the customer are responsible for shipping. 

Can the payout method be changed after submission?

Yes, please just email us as soon as you can. We cannot change it once we pay you out. 

Can I split the payment method between PayPal and Store Credit?

No, we will not be able to offer that. We recommend submitting two separate buylists with the different payouts.

What Card Conditions Do You Accept?

We accept Near Mint, Lightly Played, and Moderately played. Heavily Played and Damaged will be up to management discretion. Card value will be listed per condition.

Important Notes

  • Tracking and Insurance: We highly recommend sending your cards with tracking and insurance, especially for higher-value submissions. This protects you in case of loss or damage during shipping.
  • Anything from the Sword & Shield Era to the present are considered modern. Anything that is not near mint will be automatically declined, we will not be paying out based on condition for those modern cards, even if they are lightly played. Anything older than Sword & Shield will be considered mid-era and we can payout based on condition.
  • Fake Cards: All fake cards found in buylists will not be returned to the owner to prevent fake cards from circulating back into the market.
  • Declined Cards: Please note that if the declined cards value is less than $25 or 10% of the total value of the buylist, they will be subject to our donation policy. See below. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping cost to get declined cards returned to them. 
  • Please note that singles not claimed within 60 days will be subject for donation.

Buylist Policies

  • Modern cards must meet our Near Mint standards unless otherwise specified.
  • All submissions are condition-checked upon arrival
  • Counterfeit cards will not be returned
  • Condition adjustments or declined items will be communicated when applicable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on any requested return items

Donation Policy

  • Should the total value of cards returned due to condition be less than $25 or less than 10% of the total value of the buylist, your Pokémon cards will be donated to our local Sunday "Learn to Play" events, where they'll find new homes with younger trainers! For returns exceeding $25 or those that exceed 10% of the total value, we will contact you via email to discuss your preferred option: either have the cards returned to you or donate them to the Sunday “Learn to Play” events! 
  • Please note that singles not claimed within 60 days will be subject for donation.
