Local Pickup Policy
Thank you for choosing local pickup! Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth pickup process.
Order Processing
Orders placed for local pickup will be processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving at the store.
Pickup Location
All local pickup orders must be collected at our store location during normal business hours.
Pickup Timeframe
Orders must be picked up within 30 days of receiving the pickup notification email.
If an order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be cancelled and refunded.
Identification Requirements
To protect against fraud, customers must bring:

The order confirmation email or order number
The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
Authorized Pickup
If someone else will be picking up your order on your behalf, please contact us in advance and provide:

The name of the person picking up the order

The order number
The authorized person must present a valid photo ID.
Order Changes
Orders placed for local pickup cannot be modified once they are prepared. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is processed.
Unclaimed Orders
Orders not picked up within the designated pickup window will be cancelled and refunded. Any limited-release or high-demand items may be subject to cancellation fees or cancellation without guarantee of replacement.
Condition of Items
Please inspect your order at the time of pickup. Once items leave the store, they are subject to the store’s standard return policy.
